Who are we?

The Ferring Men's Shed is a place where men of all ages can come together, connect, and create.

Whether you're looking to socialize, pick up new skills, work on hands-on projects, or simply enjoy a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, you'll find a welcoming space here.

Most of what we do is based around woodworking, but if you have an interest or skills in metal, leather or any other medium, we would love to hear about it.

What we do.

Our goal is to bring men together, combining our collective skills, experiences, and enthusiasm to support community and charity projects while also exploring personal hobbies and interests. More than just a workshop, it's a place of friendship, and shared knowledge.

Every Men's Shed is unique, shaped by the talents and passions of its members. Whether you're a seasoned craftsman, a hobbyist, or just looking for good company, there's a spot for you here.

What we don't do.

Ferring Men in Sheds is a not-for-profit charity organisation. We do not try to take work away from local tradesmen.
If we work on a project for you we would only ever ask you to cover the cost of any materials and for a small donation to help with our running costs.    E.g. Rent, Insurance, Electricity, Biscuits etc...
